Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and business development manager specifically targeting biotech and life sciences clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities and ensure consistent progress toward sales goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer in biotech and life sciences sector.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Networking & Leadership:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to anticipate future business opportunities.
- Represent the company at key industry conferences, forums, and meetings to promote services and expand the company’s presence in the market.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Comfort with travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and represent the company at global events.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Ghaziabad, India.
Ability to travel at PAN India as needed for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
