Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales and business development specifically targeting Clinical Diagnostics and Life Sciences clients.
Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities and ensure consistent progress toward sales goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer in biotech and life sciences sector.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Networking & Leadership:
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to anticipate future business opportunities.
Represent the company at key industry conferences, forums, and meetings to promote services and expand the company’s presence in the market.
Qualifications & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy,or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in a dedicated leadership or management role (such as Area Sales Manager).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
Comfort with travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and represent the company at global events.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location:
Ghaziabad, India.
Ability to travel at PAN India as needed for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
